10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and some mobile OS/apps include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. No uniform standard currently exists for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Notice accordingly.

  • I. Professional/Employment: Business contact details, job title, work history, qualifications (e.g., job applicants).
  • J. Education Information: Student records and directory information.
  • K. Inferences: Inferences drawn to create a profile about preferences and characteristics.
  • L. Sensitive Personal Information: (We do not process sensitive personal information.)

We may also collect other personal information through support interactions, surveys/contests, and service delivery. We will use and retain personal information as needed to provide the Services (e.g., Categories A–B: as long as you maintain an account).

Your Rights & How to Exercise Them

  • Right to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and non-discrimination.
  • Right to opt out of targeted advertising (or “sharing” as under CA law), sale of personal data, and certain profiling.
  • Depending on your state, additional rights may include: access to categories processed, lists of categories or specific third parties, review/correct profiling, limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal data, or opt out of collection via voice/facial recognition features.

Appeals: If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing caryd@color-master.com. If denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

“Shine the Light” (California): California residents may request, once per year, information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing during the prior calendar year by contacting us as described below.
