Color Master Inc. was founded in 1991 with a commitment to serve the plastics industry by producing quality custom color concentrates at the lowest possible price with the fastest possible turnaround times. Our utilization of state-of-the-art technology ensures that we’re honoring that commitment today. At Color Master, we use the highest shear compounding equipment available and ship all our Colorant orders in one week or less, and our PVC Compound in less than two weeks. Our employees take great pride in ensuring that all our orders, no matter the size, meet customer specifications exactly and are completed in a timely manner.
The Team
Color Master is made up of over 100 dedicated, hard working full and part time employees. From top to bottom, the team at Color Master is focused not only on providing the best possible service to our customers, but also on investing heavily in our local community. At Color Master, our aim is to treat both our community and colleagues with kindness and respect; like members of a close knit family.
Involvement in our community is of vital importance to our team: employees are encouraged to take extended lunch breaks to participate in the Big Brothers Big Sisters “Lunch Buddy” program, several team members are heavily involved with the Northeast Indiana Youth For Christ organization, and Color Master also sponsors a number of local youth sports teams.
At Color Master, we strive to create an atmosphere conducive to constant improvement for our employees, both personally and professionally. As a result of this commitment, the average employee tenure at Color Master is over 9 1/2 years. In fact, Color Master President, Kyle Skaggs, started as an extrusion line operator himself, and has worked his way up through the various departments to attain his current position.

Our X-Rite Spectrophotometer provides us with fast, precise color matches and complete quality control, and our continuous mixers ensure an optimal blend of color concentrates. At Color Master, we can handle all of your color related needs with a variety of polymers, including polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, and PVC. Our handiwork can be found everywhere from computer housings and tackle boxes, to RV parts and plumbing supplies. We also offer a complete line of foamable endothermic and exothermic concentrates for structural foam and elimination of sinks in injection molding. Color Master is in the business of providing color concentrates that keep our customers tickled pink and their competitors green with envy. We’ve done it for twenty-five years, and we do it better than anyone else.
